Jeffrey Simon is the real lawyer behind the Netflix series Painkiller, and he won a historic 2-billion dollar settlement from Johnson & Johnson and other pharmaceutical companies. Now he's suing oil companies for 52 billion dollars. Jeffrey talks about how justice should be achieved, how the petroleum industry is harming the environment, his book Last Rites, and how companies shouldn't harm the public through recklessness or misinformation.
